Ting is a Chinese-American professional who embarked on a diverse journey, blending her passion for law, finance, and the outdoors. Born and raised in Changsha, China, Ting ventured to the United States during her high school years. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, she embraced her multicultural background and used it to her advantage throughout her educational and professional endeavors.

 

Ting's academic pursuits began at Cal State University, San Bernardino, where she earned her bachelor's degree in finance. Seeking further knowledge and skills, she pursued an MBA from Cal State University, Fullerton, broadening her expertise in the business field. However, Ting's unwavering dedication and drive led her to explore a different path, and she decided to pursue a career in law.

 

To achieve her legal aspirations, Ting enrolled at Southwestern Law School, where she obtained her JD. Her commitment to excellence and academic prowess earned her the prestigious CALI award, a testament to her exceptional performance and ranking as the highest-achieving student in her class.

 

Before her legal journey, Ting honed her skills as a licensed insurance agent, gaining valuable industry experience. However, her true passion for the legal realm was ignited by her favorite TV show, Law and Order, which inspired her to advocate for justice and pursue a career as a lawyer.

 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ting finds solace in her family life. She and her husband have two young boys who bring joy and fulfillment to their lives. Together, they embrace the wonders of nature by engaging in activities such as hiking and camping. Driven by their shared love for the outdoors, Ting and her family have set an ambitious goal to visit all 63 National Parks in the United States, seeking adventure and creating lasting memories along the way.
