Hiep Bui is a compassionate and dedicated attorney specializing in family law, where he helps individuals and families navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. From divorce and child custody to child and spousal support and domestic violence restraining orders, Mr. Bui is committed to guiding his clients through sensitive legal matters with care and understanding. He also brings his expertise to plaintiff-side personal injury cases, fighting for justice on behalf of those who’ve been wronged.

 

With a strong foundation in civil litigation and intellectual property law, Hiep brings a broad legal perspective to family law cases, ensuring every angle is considered. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, before earning his Juris Doctor from Chapman Law School, where he was awarded a Merit Scholarship. During law school, he gained valuable experience interning with the U.S. Small Business Administration, working on business lien issues, and judging Chapman’s Golden Gavel competition for legal analysis, writing, and research.

 

Outside the courtroom, Hiep enjoys spending time with family and staying active. Whether he’s playing golf, hiking, strumming his ukulele, or scuba diving, he values balance and personal connection in both his professional and personal life.
